Cara was just a girl from San Diego California withe the dream of becoming a rock star. That was until she was turned into a vampire on her 29th birthday. Now Cara lives in Mystic Falls and works as a bar tender. She still feeds on human blood despite her still human instincts telling her not to. Cara is a Silverblood vampire which means she can go out in the sunlight and lead a relativly normal life.
